Q: Does DevaDeva Cafe use organic ingredients?
A: Yes, we try to cook with organic ingredients as much as possible, basicaly brown rice, lettuce, carrot, potato, tomato, herbs, flour, natural yeast, oats, nuts and dried fruits, some condiments and seasoning are organic. Otherwise other vegetables and some fruit are from produced with low chemical level or without fetirizer domesticaly in Japan, which are post harvest chemical free. Some of fruits are patialy imported ones. Teeccino coffee is made more than 90% out of organicaly or naturally grown in the bush even not stated (not certified)on the package. However DevaDeva Cafe understands that all plantation are not meant for being stamped as certified, actually we need to honor and take with full of appreceation . It is never true that certified organic vegetables are the only vegetables.

Q: Do you have certified Kosher menu?
A: No, we don't have Kosher certified menu however we serve particulary only meals cooked without any meat, fish or egg in our cafe and it is still safe and acceptable to all Kosher oriented practitionar. Please ask to the waiter if you are not sure about ingredients and how it is cooked when you order.

Q: Why is your coffee all caffein free?
A: DevaDeva Cafe fully suppports the idea of Caffein free "NO-CAF" and take its 100% caffein free coffee distribution as mission. We think that caffein are equally drugatic as other morphine, cocain and nicotin. Though enjoying coffee in our daily life such as culture established since long time ago. We try to introduce as many as possible, that there amazingly flavorful coffee alternate made of herb and seeds available instead of coffee beans.

Q: What's the opening hour at DevaDeva Cafe?
A: We open from 11.00〜20.30（Last order by 20.00）Here is our table; For Lunch menu and sweets and beverage 11.00〜last(Curry is available till all served,)For dinner time menu 17.00〜last.
Though we announced that we are not closing any day this year, we set up our regular close day as thursday, due to other tennants close day schedule.

Q: Is there indication for the allergy related ingredients?
A: Yes. If any of Milk, Wheat, Buckwheat, Peanut are contained in the ingredients, it is indicated on the menu with an icon sign. Egg is not used in our cafe as an ingredient so, nonethless to mention. And we show the other icons if following items are used in ingredients; Orange, Kiwi, Walnut, Soy bean, Peach, Casava, Apple, Banana. (We don't use any ingredients as meat, fish, egg, gelatin or rennet, for our goodness!)

Q: Is DevaDeva Cafe vegetarian cafe?
A: Yes, it is a vegetarian cafe, though we aim spiritualy higher benefit. Mainly consist from ingredients like grains, beans, vegetables, fruits, seeds, nut and milk we cook variety of food. The chef(?) have practiced for more than 10years a vegetarian diet and studied her cooking technique. We don't use meat, fish or egg. There is a choice of vegan menu which doesn't contain any milk product or honey. We have some magazines and recipe books for about vegetarian issue.

Q: Can macrobiotician also take your meal?
A: まずはじめに、当カフェは主にマクロビオティク専門のお店ではありませんことを何卒ご了承くださいませ。DevaDeva Cafeでは乳製品を使用しているメニューもありますので、乳製品を取られない方はメニューに記載のアレルギー表示で乳製品のアイコンがついていないものを確認してご注文ください。砂糖は、きび砂糖を通常使っていますが、てんさい糖、麦飴、米飴、メープルシロップなどを使っているお菓子も一部ございます。粉類は北海道産の強力粉と全粒粉や、ライ麦、オートミールなどと配合しています。現在のところ、玄米は扱っておりませんが、今後、無農薬玄米を炊いて、ランチまたはディナーのプレートにメニューを増やしていく方面で考えております。

Q: Do you use onions and garlics in the dishes?
A: No, we don't. These all leek family and garlic includes eshalott, onion, chive... are not used in our food and instead we use some spices, herbs and vegetable which have naturaly similer aroma.

Q: Do you have any vegan menu?
A: Yes, we try to have at least one vegan choice in both lunch time and dinner time for those who don't eat milk product. Please find the icon for vegan on the menu. The other item like salad, bread and a part of desert could be found with vegan icon too. If you have any question about the ingredients or menu, please call for our waiter.

Q: Can I bring my companion animals with me?
A: Yes, you may take your pet in only together with a carry case. And there might be customer who mind others pet, please be sure that your pet is well trained in a public place. We have a vegetarian(vegan) biscuit which may attracts your pet. Thank you.

Q: Can I reserve a table?
A: Yes, we would happily assist your special celebration, anniversary or any memorial occasion. Please book the table enough time ahead and must be more than 2 persons, 2000yen per person. We have non-alcoholic champaigne and herb cocktails.

Q: Do you have any cake or sweets made without sugar?
A:Yes, at the moment we have only natural sorbet from 100% fruits puree and the museli bar. We are glad to hear your opinion or request regarding eggless and sugarless sweets, we will make and more sweets variety will be available in the future.

Q: Is there Hotspot for Lan internet connection in your cafe?
A: No, there is no Lan connection service. But if you really need the internet, for example to search some infomation, we have got a PC and you could borrow for minutes. Please ask our waiter.
